Subscribe for a predictable monthly with bundled voice minutes, phone numbers and operator seats. Pay as you go if your volume is spiky: you pre-pay a wallet, the balance carries forward, and spend caps are configurable.
What does ₹6/min for voice actually include?
Telephony, speech, the model and recording + transcript storage, as one flat rate per minute, inbound or outbound alike. One line on your ledger, exclusive of GST.
Does Starter include voice?
No. Starter is chat, WhatsApp and email only: no phone number, no calls, no voice on the web widget. Voice starts on Growth, which bundles 1,000 minutes and a business number, or on a pay-as-you-go wallet at ₹6/min.
Which business modules do I get?
Six agents: Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, Payroll and People. Starter activates any one, Growth any three and Scale all six, and you can change the selection later.
What happens when I use more than my plan includes?
Nothing breaks. Voice minutes beyond the plan limit are charged at ₹6/min and conversations past the included bundle at ₹2 per conversation. No penalty tier.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, subscriptions cancel anytime and a pay-as-you-go wallet balance carries forward until you use it. All prices are in INR and exclusive of GST; KairosAI is not GST-registered today, so no GST is added yet (see the Terms).
