Does the AI actually sound human?

Best-in-class TTS for Hindi and English, tuned for South Asian accents and phone bandwidth. The agent speaks fluent Hindi or English and can switch between them mid-call when the caller asks; it also understands Hinglish (code-mixed) speech and replies in the language it detects. The recording disclosure plays at the start. In smoke tests on real callers, qualified outcomes match a human counsellor within margin.

Which channels are supported?

Voice (PSTN globally), WhatsApp Business API, web chat (short script embed), and email — the same agent configuration across all of them. When a customer reaches you on more than one channel, the agent picks up the prior-channel context and your team sees the full cross-channel history on handoff (matched by phone/email), so nothing is re-asked.

What if a customer asks for a human?

The agent escalates instantly. If an operator is online, the conversation routes to them with full context. If not, it books a callback at the customer's preferred time and notifies the team.

Can I build my own agent?

Yes, Pro and Enterprise include custom agents. You define the persona, rubric, channels, handoff conditions, and CRM. We help you ship it in a week. Or pick one of the six pre-built agents and configure on top.
