No fine-tuning on tenant data: KairosAI runs no model-training pipeline of any kind. We instruct our LLM providers not to retain or train on data sent through the Service except as needed to deliver the response, subject to their published terms.
Encrypted in transit over TLS and at rest. Application secrets get an additional AES-GCM seal. Call recordings are stored server-side encrypted with configurable retention.
Every record carries the tenant it belongs to, and every request is scoped to a single tenant before it touches data. Underneath that, PostgreSQL row-level security is enforced at the database on a least-privilege role, so a query without a tenant context reads nothing.
We do not use customer conversation content to improve the platform. Aggregated or de-identified operational telemetry carries no conversation content and identifies no individual. DPDPA-grade audit trail for every consent record.

Does the AI actually sound human?
Fluent Hindi and English, tuned for South Asian accents and phone bandwidth. It switches language mid-call when the caller asks and understands Hinglish. The recording disclosure plays at the start.
Which channels are supported?
Voice (PSTN, India), WhatsApp Business API, web chat and email with AI-drafted replies you approve, all on one agent configuration, with context following the customer across channels. Instagram DM is built and in review with Meta, so treat it as coming soon rather than live.
What if a customer asks for a human?
The agent escalates instantly. If an operator is online, the conversation routes to them with full context. If not, it books a callback at the customer's preferred time and notifies the team.
Can I build my own agent?

Is my data safe?
Every request is scoped to a single tenant, with PostgreSQL row-level security enforced at the database. Retention is configurable and defaults to 90 days for recordings, 365 for messages and transcripts. Built for the DPDPA, with a tamper-evident audit log and primary hosting in India.
Can I choose which agents I hire?
Yes. A plan gives you agent seats, and a seat can hold any desk: sales, support, finance, marketing, HR, collections, payroll, legal, operations or one you define. Swap a seat's desk anytime.
How does pricing work?
Two ways. Subscribe monthly (₹4,999 / ₹19,999 / ₹69,999) with bundled usage, or pay as you go from a prepaid INR wallet.
