3. Response Times

We aim to acknowledge and respond to most queries within 2–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Maharashtra, India. Privacy and grievance requests under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) are handled on a priority basis and within the timelines described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Billing, Wallet & Taxes

KairosAI uses a prepaid wallet billing model in Indian Rupees (INR): you top up your wallet in advance, and metered usage — such as voice minutes and messages — is debited as you go. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. For any billing question or a wallet reconciliation, write to hello@trykairos.in.

All fees and wallet top-ups are exclusive of applicable taxes. The company is not currently registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST). If and when KairosAI Technologies Private Limited becomes GST-registered, GST will be charged at the applicable rate and valid tax invoices will be issued for your top-ups and usage.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Your use of KairosAI and your relationship with us are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, and any arbitration is seated at Pune, Maharashtra, conducted in English under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
