Shipping & Exchange Policy
KairosAI is a software-as-a-service product delivered entirely over the internet. There is no physical good shipped to you at any point. This policy explains how our digital “delivery” works, and why there is nothing to exchange or return in the physical-goods sense.
1. No physical shipping
The Service consists of the hosted KairosAI dashboard, the AI agent runtime, and related APIs and integrations. We do not ship any physical goods, hardware, SIMs, devices, or printed materials. No courier, postal, or freight service is involved at any stage of the customer journey.
2. Electronic delivery and activation
Access to the Service is delivered electronically and is activated immediately after one of the following events:
- you complete account sign-up on the dashboard at app.trykairos.in, which provisions your tenant and grants you sign-in access; or
- you complete a wallet top-up via Razorpay, in which case your wallet balance updates within a few seconds of the
payment.capturedconfirmation from Razorpay and metered usage (voice minutes, messages, etc.) can be debited immediately.
Activation does not require any further action from us once the relevant electronic event completes. Where unusual processing delay does occur (for example, an upstream Razorpay webhook delay), we expect resolution within a few business hours; if it does not resolve, contact us at hello@trykairos.in.
3. No physical exchange
Because the Service is intangible and delivered electronically, the concept of “exchange” in the sense applicable to physical goods does not apply. We cannot exchange one digital service for another. If our Service does not meet your needs, you may stop topping up your wallet and request account closure at any time by writing to hello@trykairos.in.
4. Refunds and cancellation
Money-side handling (refund of unused wallet balance, cancellation, failed or duplicate payments, and chargebacks) is governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: consumed usage is non-refundable, and refund of an unused wallet balance may be requested by emailing hello@trykairos.in and is processed via Razorpay to the original payment method where approved.
5. Service availability and outages
A delay or interruption in delivery of the Service caused by a planned or unplanned outage, a third-party provider (telephony / LLM / messaging / payment processor), force majeure, or compliance action is not a shipping or delivery failure for the purposes of this policy. Service-availability matters are addressed in our Terms of Service, and the live availability of our components is published at our status page.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Subject to any agreed arbitration, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy. Any arbitration is seated at Pune, Maharashtra, in English, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available at /legal/shipping with the date of the last update at the top of this page.
