Is this DPDP compliant? Where does the data live?
AI disclosure is spoken on every PSTN call. Recording is consent-gated and disclosed. Tenant secrets are AES-GCM encrypted at rest. Per-tenant retention configured in the admin console. We sign a DPA on every account. Data residency — India hosted, with documented sub-processors for the LLM / STT / TTS layer.
How long from MSA to first live call?
